Our costs

Initial INtake Meeting/MIAM

£120 per person flat fee

each Meditation session

£130 per person per hour. 

(If the mediation is in person, we reserve the right to add a cost for room hire) 

Work between sessions

We will not charge for brief emails or communications. For any work beyond that, the cost is £130 per person per hour.

Open Statement of Financial Information: £150 per person, total £300

Confidential Summary of Mediation Proposals: £150 per person, total £300

Parenting Plan: If financial issues are mediated, any parenting plan will form part of the "Confidential Summary of Mediation Proposals." If the mediation is just about children, the costs for a parenting plan will simply reflect any time drafting and agreeing it.


other points to note

  • Co-mediation will be the same cost to you as the cost for a single mediator.
  • VAT is not payable.
  • Under the Government Voucher Scheme, clients may be entitled to receive up to £500 between them towards the costs of any mediation (not though for the initial intake meeting/MIAM). 
  • We do not offer Legal Aid.
